Requests are forwarded within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) to the institutions holding the document.
The delivery time depends on several factors beyond our control (processing time by the lending institution, shipping, etc.), but should not exceed 10 days except in exceptional cases.
You will be notified by phone and/or email when the document is available.
Collection of documents
Documents requested via interlibrary loan must be collected at the library front desk.
The lending library determines the reference terms (on-site or home loan) and the loan duration. These must be strictly respected.
No further requests will be processed if a document is not returned by the due date.
The loan period starts from the document’s arrival date at the library.
