Each year, reservation requests open at the end of August and can only be made up to a maximum of three months in advance (example: end of August — reservations reviewed for September, October, and November, and so on throughout the year).
The instructional designers from ARTICE are available to support teachers who wish to experiment and receive guidance on alternative teaching approaches in this space at the Pau University Library.

Pau, room 10: 12 fixed computer stations, one video projector, Wi-Fi, network socket for the trainer, whiteboards.
Pau, room 20: 23 seats, one video projector, Wi-Fi, network socket for the trainer, whiteboard.
Bayonne, Cavalier room (salle du Cavalier): 16 fixed computer stations, whiteboard, one projection screen, network socket for the trainer, no Wi-Fi.
Anglet, Tulipier room (salle du Tulipier): 16 seats, Wi-Fi, two projection screens, one mobile whiteboard, one fixed whiteboard, one expression wall, and one network socket for the trainer.
Pau University Library: 9 rooms are available by reservation from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Use of the rooms is reserved for registered users (limit of 2 hours per day and 8 hours per week – reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance).
They can accomodate groups of 2 to 10 people and are equipped with whiteboards.
Room n°3 is equipped with a shared screen click & share.
Bayonne University Library: Clarisses room (salle des Clarisses) - by mandatory and individual reservation.
It can accomodate groups of 2 to 6 people (room for 19 people). It is equipped with a whiteboard, Wi-Fi and a shared screen.
Anglet University Library: 4 rooms with screens, whiteboards and Wi-Fi.
Tulipier room : free access
Rooms 1–2 and Ptérocaryas (6 to 10 seats) are available by reservation and accessible without booking if not reserved.
